How We Work Together

No meeting wednesdays

Wednesdays are used for deep work, so we try to avoid meetings being scheduled this day unless it's client sensitive.

We primarily use Slack, Google Suite, Zoom, and Notion.

Core meeting hours ensure reliable opportunities for cross-time zone teammates to collaborate in real time while maintaining flexibility in how and when people prefer to work.

Our Interview Process

We want all candidates to have access to the same information, resources, and support so you know what to expect. While the process may differ slightly for different roles or teams, the same basics apply. Here are some of the ways we assess candidates in our interview process. If for any reason you need accommodation while interviewing, please let your recruiter know.

Virtual Chats

Before diving into in-depth interviews, you’ll have shorter conversations with a recruiter and then with either the hiring manager or a peer on the team. These are designed to share more information about Noyo and assess key skills for the role.

Skill Assessment

We often ask candidates to complete a small project to help us understand how you approach problems. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your skills and get a sense of what it's like to collaborate with us.

In-depth discussions

This is where you’ll meet different members of the team via video or in person to discuss a theme related to the role. These conversations are as much for you to get to know us as they are for us to get to know you.
