Ted Chan is a Co-Founder of Noyo, and serves as Lead Software Designer, while running business and marketing operations. Ted brings strong software architecture and mobile UI design to the team.

Ted is also the CEO of Upward Mobility, a leading producer of educational mobile apps. An experienced innovator and technologist, Ted has worked for two leading professional services firms, holding both consulting roles and serving as Head of Information Technology for one firm.

Ted was an early stage member of Sana an open source tele-health and medical records system, the founder of MassWrestling.com and several other successful enterprises.

Ted has a BA in Psychology and History with High Honors from Swarthmore College, as well as a certificate in Emergency Management and Organizational Continuity from Boston University. Ted has a MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where he was part of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation program.
